Gitish Bhardwaj has more than 14 years experience as a successful lawyer in India, the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh, represented various government organizations and corporations, and is also an empanelled mediator with The International Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Gitish recently relocated to Manitoba, bringing with him more that 14 years experience as a successful lawyer in India, with the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in a wide variety of areas, including immigration, contract law, litigation and dispute resolution, employment and labour law, constitutional law, family law and wills and estates.
In addition to representing private individuals, Gitish also represented various government organizations and corporations, and is an empanelled mediator with The International Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution, working under the aegis of the Supreme Court of India. He also remains a Co-opted Member of the Administrative Committee of the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh.
