Fees
- Basic incorporation starts at $875 plus taxes and disbursements to incorporate a simple numbered company, including the minute book containing all the by-laws, resolutions, shares.
- Commercial purchase and sales can vary, but fees are typically in the range of 2% of the sale price plus taxes and disbursements.
